The Loft is a lovely cocktail bar with a leafy outlook of surrounding O’Connor. The Loft caters for groups up to 60 as a casual cocktail style function or up to 30 seated for a full dining experience. The Loft has its own bar as well as a permanent ‘lounge’ area for your guests to relax.

Living Room
The Living Room is a part of The Loft overlooking O’Connor and is perfect for small intimate gatherings of up to 35 guests seated and 40 guests cocktail style. This space can be separated from The Loft by a large sliding door. You will have your own portable bar and bartender with house beers, wines, and spirits available
Oak Room & Rooftop Terrace
The Oak Room is situated on the first floor above the Duxton. This private function space caters for groups of up to 200 cocktail style, or up to 80 – 100 seated depending on the desired room layout. This event space hosts a private entrance (next to Flatheads Café), your own bar, and toilet facilities. You will also have exclusive access to the Rooftop Terrace.
